Please send the Registration fee to the ICHMT Secretariat in a similar manner to the room charge by
filling in and sending the Registration Form (html,
doc,
pdf) to ICHMT Secretariat.
The fee covers the costs of the book of abstracts, a welcome reception, the symposium dinner,
tea and coffee breaks during the meeting, and other organizational expenses, but does not include PAMFILYA
Travel Agency charges for airport transports, sight-seeing tours and trips.
In case of cancellation after payment of the Registration Fee, a cancellation charge of US$ 50 will be
deducted and the balance refunded.
