Early-bird registration fee

The delegate registration fee covers the costs of the Book of Abstracts, Proceedings CD, Welcome Reception, tea and coffee breaks during the meeting, and other organizational expenses, but does not include airport transfers, sight-seeing tours or trips. There is no charge for accompanying persons, who are nevertheless invited to the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening July 1st.
In case of cancellation after payment of the Registration Fee, a cancellation charge of 50 £ (or 60 €) will be deducted and the balance refunded.
