The following are some attractions within and near Bath which may interest delegates and accompanying persons before, during and after CHT-12.

Within Bath

  • Royal CrescentBath Preservation Trust, www.bath-preservation-trust.org.uk, which includes the Building of Bath Collection, Beckford’s Tower, No 1 Royal Crescent and the Herschel Museum of Astronomy, as well as links to the BPT Learning website. The Building of Bath Collection’s major exhibition is a private collection of maps of Bath, dating from c. 1600 to the present day, telling the story of the city’s evolution from the medieval city to the Georgian spa and beyond.

On the evening of Wednesday 4 July, 5.30-8.30 pm will be the opening of the Bath Americana Music Festival.
