The Symposium will be held at Pine Bay Holiday Resort, Kusadasi , situated at about 100 km from the city of Izmir.
All reservations at Pine Bay Resort must be made through the ICHMT Secretariat to obtain the symposium discount rates. Room charges are in Euros per day (all inclusive) are:

There will be no charge for the first child aged between 0-6, and a 50 % discount for the child aged between 7-12, staying with two adults in the same double room (an extra bed will be provided).
For the second child aged between 0-2 there will be no charge and a 50 % discount for children aged between 3-12, staying with two adults in the same double room (an extra bed will be provided).
The participants who wish not to stay in Pine Bay Holiday Resort are required to pay 30 € per day in order to benefit from the hotel amenities including the open-buffet lunch and the coffee breaks.
Claros tour will arrange airport transfer to/from Pine Bay Holiday Resort. The transport fee is 35 € for one way and 50 € for round trip. If you wish to use transfer service, please fill in the airport transfer form on the Registration page.
