All reservations at Ilıca Hotel, Çeşme must be made through the ICHMT Secretariat to obtain the symposium discount rates. Room charges are in Euros per day (all inclusive) are:

There will be no charge for the first child aged between 0-3, and a 50 % discount for the child aged between 4-12, staying in the same room with two adults.
For the second child aged between 0-2 there will be no charge and a 50 % discount for children aged between 3-12, staying in the same room with two adults.
Ilica Hotel has a “full-pension plus” system. So, they are charging 35 Euros (per person per day) to the people who wish to use the facilities (lunch, pool, beach, etc.) but not staying at the hotel. ICHMT will pay 10 Euros (which is the cost of coffee breaks included in the registration fee). So, in case you decide not to stay at Ilica hotel, the Claros Travel agency will ask you to pay 25 Euros every day. ICHMT will cover the remaining.
Claros tour will arrange airport transfer to/from Ilıca Hotel. The transport fee is 30 € for one way and 40 € for round trip. If you wish to use transfer service, please fill in the airport transfer form on the Registration page.
