Monday, April 15, 10:00 AM at Merit-Limra. Place will be announced on the PAMFILYA bulletin board near the registration desk. The details of excursions will be given during the meeting.

NB: There will be no symposium presentations Wednesday afternoon

NOTE: There is no charge for children under age 6. There is 50% discount for children age 7-12. Lunches and Beverages are not included (except Phaselis tour) .The excursion trips will be operated with a minimum number of 10 participants.

Day 1: Friday, April 19

Early-morning departure from Limra Hotel by coach to Konya, ( one of Turkey’s oldest continously inhabited cities, known as Iconium in Roman times. The capital of the Seljuk Turks from the 12^th to the 13^th centuries, it ranks as one of the great cultural centers of Turkey).Sightseeing at the Mausoleum of Mevlana (mystic Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi founded a Sufi Order known in the West as the Whirling Dervishes. ) The striking green-tiled Mausoleum of Mevlana is Konya’s most famous building. Lunch in Konya. Upon arrival to CAPPADOCIA area, visit the underground city of Kaymakli and Uchisar fortress. Dinner and overnight stay in Cappadocia.

Day 2: Saturday, April 20

Breakfast and early-morning departure to Goreme and Zelve areas. The towns are set right in the middle of a valley of cones and fairy chimneys. Restaurant lunch. Sightseeing in Avanos ( on the banks of the Kizilirmak river, displays attractive local architecture and is known for its handcrafts). Return to hotel for dinner.

Day 3: Sunday, April 21

After breakfast, check out from the hotel, sightseeing at Sultanhan ( a caravanserai built by the Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubat in the early 13^th century and favorite stop for tourists), lunch in Konya and return drive to Antalya. Dinner and overnight in Antalya. ( 4 star)

Day 4: Tuesday, April 23

Note: In Cappadocia tour Lunches are not included in the price.

Day 1: Friday, April 19

Early morning departure from Limra Hotel to Antalya Airport for flight to Istanbul. Meet and assist by Istanbul Pamfilya team. Drive to Gulistan restaurant for lunch. After lunch embark to a regular ferry and cruise along the Bosphorus. While cruising enjoy seeing the fortresses, palaces, and wooden villas situated on the European and the Asian sides. After the tour transfer to 4 star Hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2: Saturday, April 20

Full day sightseeing in Istanbul (Hippodrome, St. Sophia, Basilica,Cistern); Lunch during the trip; Tour will end with a visit to the Chora Museum .Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Sunday, April 21

Full day sightseeing in Istanbul (Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Suleymaniye Mosque); Lunch at a local restaurant. Then continue to visit the Covered Bazaar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Monday, April 22

Tour ends after breakfast and with transfers to Istanbul Airport.

ANTALYA - PAMUKKALE - EPHESUS – ANTALYA TOUR	Double Room	$ 220

Day 1: Friday, April 19

Breakfast and early morning departure from Limra Hotel by coach to visit Pamukkale including Hierapolis city with the Necropolis and the source of red water..Lunch will be at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Pamukkale.

Day 2: Saturday, April 20

After breakfast departure to Ephesus. Lunch will be taken en route.Visit Ephesus city including the theatre, Odeon and the Library of Celsus. Continue to visit the Basilica of St. John. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel / Selcuk.

Day 3: Sunday, April 21

Check-out from Hotel and drive to the Shrine of the Virgin Mary. Lunch en route. Return drive to Antalya.for overnight stay. The participants should book their flight ticket for departure on June 25^th from Antalya for homebound flight.

General Conditions for Post-conference Tours:

1-The tour prices of Antalya-Pamukkale-Ephesus-Antalya and Cappadocia include bed/breakfast and dinner stay in four star hotels, coach, guidance, entrance fees to touristic places on the itinerary. The rate does not cover lunch(es).

Istanbul tour, price does not cover dinners. ( Lunches are included.) Participants who have already booked their flight between Antalya and Istanbul on June 22,2002 will be refunded USD 75.- by Pamfilya.

2-Booking deadline : March 15^th , 2002. Please send 50% of the chosen tour (s) price to PAMFILYA. Upon receipt of reservation form and payment (before March 15^th, 2002) your booking will be confirmed by PAMFILYA. Balance payment should be paid on arrival to Hotel.
3-In case of cancellations made by participants after March 15th, 2002, USD 20.- Per person handling charge will be deducted and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded by PAMFILYA.
4-The tours will be operated with a minimum of 10 persons. Below that number, a new tour price according to the number of requests will be announced after March 25^th, 2002. If the new tour price is not accepted by the participants, the tour will be cancelled, USD 20.- Per person handling charge will be deducted which may be used as a credit for another excursion, and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded by Pamfilya.

5-PAMFILYA can provide additional services before and/or after the tours provided that requests are made well in advance, preferably together with the tour booking. Please contact PAMFILYA for other touristic services such as car rentals, international tickets, hotel reservations, yachting, special-interest tours, and private tours.
