The abstracts of all papers, keynotes, oral and poster presentations (except the posters dedicated to most recent work with no paper) should be sent to the Symposium Chairmen Prof.Dr. K. Hanjalic (Europe, America, Africa) and Prof.Dr. Y. Nagano (Asia, Australia) in camera-ready form and preferably as MS-Word Document in a diskette, or as attachment to an email message to arrive by January 15, 2003. The cover letter should include the name, address, phone, fax, and email of the corresponding author.
