Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Authors given here in Word or pdf formats.

The manuscripts for peer-review will be submitted to the Chairman, Yildiz Bayazitoglu, electronically, no later than February 15, 2011. You will hear from her on or before April 1, 2010. You will incorporate all required changes and send your final manuscript to the Chairman, in camera-ready form and preferably in pdf format (or as MS-Word document), and the copyright release form to arrive before April 15, 2011.
