All reservations at Ozkaymak Falez Hotel must be made through the ICHMT Secretariat to obtain the symposium discount rates. Room charges are in Euros per day, per person, half board (including open-buffet breakfast and dinner) are:

 Single:  US$ 88;  Double per person: US$ 62,  Triple per person: US$ 50

There will be no charge for children aged between 0-6, and a 50 % discount for children aged between 7-12.

To reserve a room at Ozkaymak Falez Hotel, please complete the Registration Form (html, doc, pdf) and send it to the ICHMT Secretariat. The total amount can be paid as follows:

-  By bank transfer to the account number given below (please enclose a copy of the transfer document), or

-  By credit card transfer (please complete the registration form, sign and send by fax (+90 312 210 1429) or email <ichmt@ichmt.org>), or

-  By bank check payable to Faruk ARINC, ICHMT Secretary-General. (personal checks and Euro-checks are not acceptable).
